We visited this restaurant in March 2025, and it had a great atmosphere with lovely decor. I tried the 'Vegan Morning' for breakfast, and it was really tasty. I’d definitely recommend this place!

We came for breakfast spontaneously on a Saturday. It's pretty busy but we got a table. The place is a bit chaotic, you queue up to order at the bar but then they bring everything to the table. Staff is very friendly, and service was fast.
Read moreThe vegan breakfast platter looked better than it tasted. Not that it tasted bad, but it didn't taste... much at all? We showered the food with salt trying to make something pop but it was very bland. There was barely any bread (2 small slices). There's quite a few vegan options, even tofu scramble.
But remember: chai latte isn't vegan, it contains milk power. This is true for most places that sell chai. Always ask first.

This could be such an amazing breakfast spot, but some things are missing. We went there 3 times as it was closest to our hotel.

Coffee is good, but the Chai latte and Kurkuma Latte were not that amazing, I wouldn't order it again. No extra fee for oat milk.
Chia pudding with lime flavor 55 DKK: small portion, fresh berries, nice taste
Oat meal 55 DKK: small portion, was kinda cold instead of hot, nice taste
Vegan breakfast set 120 DKK: looks amazing, savoury not sweet. Lacked salt in my opinion but maybe Danish people eat less salt? Only the tofu scramble was hot.
Pros: Many vegan options, Nicely decorated food, fresh berries, Beautiful coffeeshop
Cons: Food lacked flavor/salt, Oat meal was rather cold, Hot drinks are not recommended

The scrambled tofu was so boring, added peppers etc to make it look flavoured but it wasn't. Fair amount of vegan options so maybe the rest is better but did not enjoy really. Nice juice though!

We both got the Vegan Morning plate and were pretty impressed. The tofu scramble and beet hummus were very flavorful. It also comes with rye bread, my favorite. 🥰 I would definitely come back here for breakfast.

The menu at Social Brew is quite unique, splitting bread/protein/etc into different small dishes to mix and matched. I opted for the vegan-adaptable Potato open sandwich which was delicious!
