Good restaurant

Ate at soba for dinner and enjoyed it. The restaurant is in a small mall and vegetarian gluten free dishes are marked. The food is good and has many different vegetables, although there were only 4 vegan options (3 not counting the soup). There are only two soups available daily, so the split pea soup might not be available. The main entrees take a little long to be served as there were only 2 waiters/waitresses, but overall this restaurant is great.

Pros: Vegetarian and gluten free dishes were marked, Delicious food, Variety of vegetables

Cons: Only 2 soups available daily, Not too many vegan options, A little short-staffed
