Good for one meal

Nice view and service but very limited vegan options. You can pick from 3: Vegan Brekkie (before 3pm), Haloumi burger (option to swap for a strip of tofu & be warned there is no veggie patty) or an alteration of the loaded fries with sour cream missing…

Pros: Nice view, central Dampier, Outdoor terrace, Nice staff

Cons: Very few vegan options

Bit disappointed

Whilst we’re happy to have a vegan choice and more than happy to allow for remote pricing, we felt the vegan breakfast was overpriced at $24.95.

The vegan patty (hope it truly was vegan) was a frozen patty. The avo smash was the highlight of the dish and the beans a close second.

We also got a couple of cupcakes not sure of the price but the two breakfasts, one long black and two cupcakes came to $74.50. The carrot cake seemed a couple of days old and the mud cake perhaps yesterdays. Both were serve with non vegan cream which, when pointed out, was left on the plates.

It just doesn’t compare to Empire 6714 just down the road in Karratha.

Thanks for the Review. We have taken all your feedback onboard and really appreciate it and will review the ordering process for vegan items so they are not served with cream. In regards to the pricing, as we do not specialize in the vegan market we purchase the cakes from another supplier and that makes them expensive for us to buy so we have to pass on those costs. We would never compare ourselves to Empire Café in the Vegan market they specialize in that area and advertise as such. Thanks again and we hope to see you again one day.

Only a couple of options but a nice surprise

Beautiful located with sea views. Only a couple of options for breakfast ,one of them clearly labelled vegan brekkie. Did not have any hopes to find anything more than coffee so I got really excited :-)

Pros: Couple of vegan option, Lovely views

Cons: Very limited options
