Unexpectedly Delightful and Inventive Dishes - Edit
I haven’t been surprised by a restaurant in a while, but this one really delivers some creative combinations and impressive flavor experiments. The pasta sauce is rich and full of flavor—the gnocchi was nicely coated, and I could really taste the natural sweetness from the tomatoes. Loved it!
Read moreThe BBQ corn was another highlight. They used both regular corn and Taiwanese sticky corn (糯米玉米), paired with a romesco dip I’d never tried before. It created a whole new flavor experience that really stood out.
