Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese eatery where you can request for vegan option and no onion or garlic. Get vegan pho, spring rolls, fresh rolls, and salad. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.
I ordered take out from So Pho after really craving a Banh mi qnd it was one of the free I could find with tofu rather than mushroom / vegetable only...wanted the protein. I thought the bread was delicious, crispy on the outside , soft inside. The tofu was covered in what tasted like a sweet chili sauce, really mild pretty delicious.
I also ordered the vegetarian summer rolls but the banh mi was so filling I put them in the fridge and they were eaten by a family member who did say they were delicious🤣
Tasty vietnamese vegan/vegetarian food available - Edit
A handful of items on the menu which can be opted to be made either vegetarian or with chicken, seafood or beef. The vegetarian option is a dollar cheaper than the meat option, which is really nice.
Basil leaves fried rice ($9.80): Tasty, made with lots of vegetables, didn't feel 'heavy' or too oily like a lot of fried rice often feel like.
As I asked specifically to not give egg, so I am not sure if the vegetarian would have come with egg or not. Tofu was given instead.
