Yummy falafels - Edit
You can eat very nice falafels there and have the choice of what you'll add in your bread (salads, cauliflower/veggies mix...). Extra hummus is 50 cents. There's quite a lot of seats so you don't have to take it away and can appreciate eating inside (the decoration could be better though).
If you want to eat something tasty in a vegan-friendly place, then So Falafel is the place to go in Rouen!

Great falafels, nice staff - Edit
We tried this restaurant today as it seemed to be the only vegan friendly place in Rouen. The Falafels were amazingly good and so were the sides we ordered. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the vegetarian vs vegan options. The price was also rather cheap for the amount of food we received! I would have put 5 stars if there were more vegan options & vegan desserts (there were none). Definitely give it a go if you're a vegan in Rouen!
