Great V breakfast burrito!

Generous and tasty portions, speedy service.

Pros: A few vegan options, Tasty stuff , Good portions

Cons: Quite busy

Yummy vegan breakfast

Had the vegan breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich, they were yummy. They both had tofu scramble, kale, tomatoes and a small veggie patty.

Tasty Vegan Breakfast Options

Very small, busy little cafe with a good amount of vegan options, including a breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, chocolate banana cookie, beet burger, and bliss bars, as well as dairy free options for coffee and smoothies. I ordered the burrito and cookie, the burrito was the star. my partner and i are both city vegans used to vancouver's many options, and this was by far the best breakfast burrito we've both ever had. if you're on the island, it's a must try for sure. tofu... sausage... beans... packed with protein and absolutely delicious. the vegan options here were absolutely not an afterthought.

Cons: crowded atmosphere, you may not find a seat , long lines , serves meat primarily

Awesome vegan breakfast burrito

Of the few places I sampled on Bowen Island, this had the best selection of vegan items! I tried the vegan breakfast burrito and vegan cookie, both of which were super delicious. The burrito had veg sausage, tofu scramble, avo, potato, beans… the works! They had other vegan options too.

Pros: Cute local spot , Delicious burrito

Cons: Mostly non-vegan
