Great vegan dessert - Edit
Snowlab serves great vegan shaved ice. All of their flavors are vegan and they also have a vegan condensed milk option (coconut based) if you're feeling luxurious!
Pros: Vegan condensed milk, Lots of topping choices, Lots of flavors to choose from
Cons: The location is a bit inconvenient , Parking is terrible
