One of the original traveler restaurants in McLeodGanj - Edit
Snow Lion has been turning out good, simple food for over 20 years. The menu is the typical mix of of Tibetan, Indo-Chinese, and a few backpacker favorites. Food is made to order so it's a bit slow (especially when busy), but that also means freshness and flavor. Popular for coffee and momos.

Delicious, good atmosphere - Edit
I really liked the relaxed atmosphere here at the restaurant. The couches at the tables are great after a long day of hiking!
Food was delicious and portions were bigger than I'd expected. Decent prices and very delicious food.
Pros: No meat, Friendly, Big portions
