Tasty brunch in Scottsdale - Edit
Our mixed group of folks enjoyed a massive brunch at Snooze. Options for vegans are the banana pancakes or the tofu scramble. Other items can be made vegan, and they offer Plant-based Chorizo as an add-in to the scramble.i couldn’t decide between sweet and savory, so I had both- the tofu scramble with a side of a single banana pancakes. Try the tofu scramble with the yellow bird hot sauce. Delicious!
Read moreOn the con side, the waitlist was confusing. We arrived 5 minutes early- just in time to get a text saying we had been taken off the waitlist. Thankfully, the host was able to add us back. Plan to arrive before the waitlist time!

They've got some good options and are really friendly. The tofu scramble I got was pretty bland though, it had zero seasoning. Perhaps getting it with the soyrizo would be better!

Service was great, nice outdoor seating. You can definitely eat with a small vegan group here, they have a solid # of options (avocado toast, tofu scramble, vegan banana pancakes)

Like all the snooze locations, this place is super busy. I got the vegan bliss pancakes and tofu scramble with Soyrizo! My cousin got a sweet potato hash and subbed the egg for their tofu scramble so a lot of substitutions can be made there!
