Excellent pancakes - Edit
Their vegan banana pancakes were excellent!! Couldn’t recommend it more. I also got the soyrizo which was pretty good.

They have clearly marked vegetarian items, most can be made vegan. I ended up getting the sweet potato hash w tofu instead of egg. Tofu seemed like it was literally straight from the package and warmed up - no seasoning added at all. DIA has few veg options so this is at least something. Doesn’t live up to the other snooze locations.

Pretty good for savory breakfast! - Edit
Overall a solid airport breakfast/brunch. I asked about vegan pancakes and the employees said he didn’t think they offered them, which was a little disappointing. I ended up getting the tofu scramble (with three veggie mix-ins), hash browns, and toast. Hash browns were a little salty but still good. Portion size was just right. Overall not bad for the airport!

Not many vegan options, but can make modifications to menu items to get a vegan meal. Server was knowledgeable about how to modify dishes.

Scrambled tofu was OK, leave plenty of time to get to your gate. I very much appreciate that there were vegan offerings (partially off-menu) after a week-long business trip in beef country!
