Good vegan pancakes, not much else - Edit
Snooze at Union Station is a popular brekky spot, mostly because of the pancakes and the location. Other than the vegan pancakes, the menu is not very vegan-friendly: there’s nothing else that’s marked as vegan or veganizable. There are a few dishes they can make vegan on request, but you might need to explain to your server what that means.
Read moreThe pancakes were pretty good — nice and fluffy, though a bit dry. They’d be better with something like coconut whip or plant-based butter.
The breakfast burrito can be made vegan on request by omitting the egg and cheese. The result is nothing to write home about, but it fills the belly with plants so we were grateful.
We suggest the owners add a few more 100% plant-based items to the menu, and also update the menu to indicate clearly which items can be made vegan on request.

Plenty of options and delicious pancakes!! - Edit
They had some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had! I appreciate the fact that they had vegan protein options like tofu and soyrizo. They also had several other vegan options.
