Reported closed October 2023.

The best burgers and shakes. We got the fried chicken (battered oyster mushroom), chilli burger, pistachio shake and fries with truffle aioli.

Been here a couple of times. It’s pricey, but I’d say it’s worth it. All their shakes are extremely tasty and the burgers as well. Haven’t tried some of their side dishes yet. #Veganuary

Smokey Greens is a bright and nicely designed space, right near Mauer Park. It replaced Fuxx&Bär and does some similar dishes, but mostly burgers and breakfast items. They are still running a reduced menu as they are starting up - so only beyond meat patties at the moment and no chips, onion rings etc. The French toast breakfast was nice (although to my taste maybe nicer without the vegan cheese but that’s a personal taste thing). The service was good and multi-lingual. The burgers are a bit expensive but it is also because they use the beyond patties, which usually increases the price by around €4.

UPDATE SEP 2021: Amazing "fried chicken" made from oyster mushrooms to be found in both a burger and caesar salad version. Great truffle fries too. Sadly still can only order from the window and not sit inside if vaccinated or tested - but that's reasonable.

Selbstbedienungstheke. Lange Wartezeit. Bedienung spricht kein Wort deutsch. Man kann zwischen drei verschiedenen Soßen auf den relativ kleinen Beyond Burger im Brioche Brötchen für 10,- Euro das Stück wählen. Veganer Käse natürlich extra.

Not the biggest menu around. The breakfat (English, with Sausages, scrambled eggs potatoes) looked good - my burger was really tasty (the sauces and the buns are key IMHO)

Read moreI wish you would overthink your concept and start being more aware of the following aspects:
- although we were eating there, we didn’t get our burgers on a plate with regular forks and knives but everything was wrapped up in paper and plastic like a to go menu > a lot of waste
- the wooden forks and knives were produced in China.
- the food was just OK. For the same price you can eat high quality organic food in specific restaurants in Berlin!
I wish you go for more quality and I would like to spend more money to support that way.

This is a great choice if you wanna grab an all-vegan burger. Burgers are well-fried and the atmosphere and staff are very friendly, too.
