Lovely little cafe in Gastown! - Edit
Tiny place right round the corner from where I was living whilst in Vancouver. Not in an obvious spot from the outside but in such a central location - only found this place through happy cow app! Tasty vegan and gluten free cinnamon rolls, good coffee, friendly staff. Other array of vegan and gluten free lunches - give this place a try!

The Vegan BLT is seriously amazing. And if you havent had their Vegan Cinnamon Rolls you are seriously missing out!
Will be back again for lunch a lot.

We found this little restaurant on happy cow and decided to visit.
I had a vegan gluten free 'smoked salmon and cream cheese ' bagel with onions and capers. It was wonderful .
They sell the bread and the 'smoked salmon ' amongst other things. Like croutons ,mayo
And lots more.
We have been back many times.
Pros: everything is gluten free . , vegan choices
