Good option - Edit
At least one vegan sandwich and one vegan soup option, forgot to check salads. Some vegan sides. All sandwiches completely customizable. Vegetarian and Pescatarian options as well as meet. Limited seating but picnic tables outside across the parking lot. Takes some time during the lunch rush but the fresh veggies are totally worth it. The vegan chickpea sandwich is awesome. Also they have a huge cooler full of coconut ice cream. Everything very reasonably priced.
Pros: request friendly, local and seasonal ingredients , low price point
Cons: limited seating , only a few purely vegan options, busy
