Serves meat, vegan options available. Food truck in the 28th & Division Food Pod court whose menu is approx. half vegan. All waffles, sweet or savory, can be made with vegan & gluten-free batter. Has vegan sausage and tofu and condiments (aoli, coconut maple butter, coconut whip cream). Vegan markings clearly listed. Uses organic heirloom wheat from local farms and gluten-free flour. Open Mon-Thu 9:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 9:00am-10:00pm, Sun 9:00am-8:00pm.

These waffles are great! I try a lot of vegan and vegan friendly place and it can be difficult to find vegan waffles. I like these waffles a lot! They are slightly crispy and like a classic waffle.Their vegan sausage is really good too. I always get the bury me in chocolate sandwich.

I love how many options this place has for vegan waffle sandwiches bot savory and sweet. And that is about all this place has, is waffles. I had mine with their housemade low sugar raspberry jam coconut whip. Very tasty and just the right amount of non-overpowering sweet
