Food truck whose menu is approx. half vegan. All waffles, sweet or savory, can be made with vegan & gluten-free batter. Has vegan sausage and tofu and condiments (aoli, coconut maple butter, coconut whipped cream). Vegan markings clearly listed. Uses organic heirloom wheat from local farms and gluten-free flour. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-8:00pm, Sun 9:00am-7:00pm.

This was a fun, yummy night out with the family! Our family's favorite was actually our 3 year olds vegan peanut butter and syrup waffle sandwich. It was delicious! We had a friendly fight over who got her leftovers.😄

Some items are better than others - Edit
I got delivery from here twice. The first time I had the vegan club and most everything on it was pretty bland. The only part that really had any taste was the sauce and I was a bit disappointed. The second time I had the vegan delight and it was a lot better! The vegan sausage and apples were tasty. I do find the waffles themselves to be a bit bland and the sandwiches were a little smaller than I expected from the pictures, so I wouldn't try it if you were super hungry.
Read moreI was really excited to see that the chai and the hot chocolate were vegan! I ordered the hot chocolate but... I was pretty disappointed. I didn't even end up finishing it.
Another note is the prices on Doordash are really high? on their website the sandwiches range from $8.00-$9.50 but on Doordash it's $12.00-$14.25. I'd say it's definitely not worth it at those prices!
Pros: Great labels for vegan food!, Unique sandwiches with waffles
Cons: Some items are not too great, Doordash prices seem very high

Several vegan options on the menu. Portion size a little smaller than expected. So delicious! We'll be back next weekend (if not sooner).

Great food...depending on who's working. - Edit
Lots of great vegan options from their vegan menu and pretty much everything can be made vegan. It's really great price in my opinion. The only issue I have Is depending on who's working, depends on the quality of the food. One person has given me a regular club rather than vegan several times now and seemed confused when I pointed out it wasnt vegan, they were remade. Another time, same perosn, I ADDED vegan sausage to the vegan club (tofu, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, and sauce), I was charged extra for the sausage but when I received it, they hadnt given me tofu. When I asked where my tofu was was, they paused looked at it and said they were out... so you were going to charge me $10 for a tomato, cucumber, lettuce sandwich? Every other person has been wonderful and the food is great.

Vegan sausage leaves a lot to be desired - Edit
Cute food cart in a food cart complex. I went there before work hoping to get a nice, comfort option for breakfast. What I got was a sad excuse for any waffle sandwich. The description said it came with vegan maple syrup butter. The waffle was extremely dry and the sausage was average at best. There may be some other vegan options but I couldn't even finish the waffle because it tasted like paper and was so dry and rubbery I could barely swallow it. Not my place.
