Below par.

I hate to leave a review of this nature. Especially as the chain have clearly tried to cater for vegans with a few vegan options available on their menu. I ordered the jackfruit bbq tacos which were simple and not very appetising. In addition I ordered fries with no mayo as a bolster - they do have better options than fries for sure! For me the flaw came with the total apathy of the staff member I asked about the cocktail ingredients as none were listed as vegan. I asked about one in particular which wasn’t available and they then proceeded to tell me that all of the cocktails were suitable. I could clearly see that one of them had whipped cream on - which doesn’t seem likely to be dairy free. This was with no regard for which brand of Prosecco had been used as this isn’t always a vegan ingredient. I think it would be very helpful for the cocktails to be labelled but also for the staff to be a little more considerate, and trained, given they are trying to provide vegan food.

Very tasty vegan burger

Went here because I'd tried 3 vegan restaurants in Bournemouth and they were all closed, and I got desperate! I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the burger. It looks quite small but was plenty to fill me up. I think it was a moving mountains or beyond burger.. Something like that. It came with the option of vegan cheese, and has this sort of red pepper homous/chilli stuff which is great. It came with nachos instead of fried with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa which I was told was all vegan (hoping that's true!)
The place itself was air conditioned which was very welcome in today's heat but does seem to attract screaming cocktail swigging young ladies. Also, the hand sanitiser stinks. But happy with the food.

Pros: Tasty burger , Air conditioning

Cons: Bit rough , Limited menu at the moment
