Vegan around Tokyo

Here Koshigaya is next to Tokyo, it'll take 30min from Asakusa to Koshigaya. One of plant based cafe named "SLOW" provides us awesome drinks & foods.
Of course fast Wi-Fi is available and opens from 7:00 am.
If you are vegan & digital nomad, perhaps it'd be the best place to do your nomad work here in Japan.
All I'd like to say is "Hummus with avocado added sandwich" is absolutely delicious as I've forgotten to take photo of it.

Pros: Friendly staff, Cozy vibe, Nice sandwiches
