Amazing

Wonderful food, vinegars, teas and traditional Korean clothing. Mother and daughter operated and grandson peeked to check us out.

Pros: Over 30 pickled choices, Great tea, Dine and shop!!!

Cons: Had to hunt to find it. Search by phone number,, They moved

Great Vegan Food

I'm glad this restaurant was added. It deserves 5 stars! I understand why they have added it as veg-options but honestly, this place is really more like a vegan buffet with an option of fish soup. I wish there was some better way to communicate this when searching for vegan options in the area. The city of Changpyeong-myeon is a designated slow city, so the food in the restaurants is all amazing. This was the only truly dedicated vegan restaurant I could find in the city.

You must try the food here! Amazing bibimbap and vegan buffet! The owner speaks very little English. She picks a lot of the herbs, wild greens etc herself. The bellflower leaves we ate the night we went there had been picked and cooked that day. Everything tasted amazing. Plus, they distill their own syrups from everything vegetal in the area. You can try any number of them and buy a bottle to take home if you like. The owner's mother does natural dying of clothes so there is a little clothes boutique as well. Enjoy temple-like food in a traditional Korean setting.
