Decent choice for junk food - Edit
There aren’t many fully vegan options in Falmouth, so points for that. The hot dog I had was nicely prepped, and the bun was good. Heard hoot comments about the seitan chicken and Moving Mountains burger. The chips were excellent. The brownie portions were huge: would recommend the chocolate chip one over the Oreo one.
Read moreOh but skip the cauli wings. They start off way too hot to eat, and once they’re cooled off, they’re not much but a vehicle for the sauce.

Tasty vegan junk food - Edit
Really yummy, if not especially healthy, vegan food. I had the BBQ burger and my partner had the doner kebab dirty fries, which were massive! We also shared some cauliflower "wings", which were my favourite dish alongside the chips which were crispy perfection. Excellent service and music, too! My only minor complaint is that the cafe was very cold, but with the cost of living crisis who can blame them for leaving the heating off? All in all, a lovely lunchtime experience.

My wife and I visited for the first time and it certainly won’t be the last! We both ordered the Buffalo Chick’n Salad and sides of chips and Mac n Cheese - we struggled to finish! The food was tasty and our salads were spicy, the Mac n Cheese was creamy. All finished off with a coffee and excellent warmed almond croissant. Next time we won’t order quite so much as the portions are generous - but I would thoroughly recommend Sloth and Sparrow for a good vegan lunch. Next time we will go before 12.00 to sample their vegan Breakfast.

A lovely Sunday roast - Edit
We went to the sloth and sparrow on a Sunday and their roast dinner wad delicious. Lots of veggies. I had the nut roast and my other half had the roast seitan. Both were flavourful and delicious.

Read moreRoasties were perfect, red cabbage was on point, only place to ever make parsnips I will eat. Oh and the cauli Cheese 🤤🤤 not even mentioning the Seitan roast which was perfectly crispy on the outside and flavoursome and tender on the inside. Absolutely phenomenal meal, so glad the roasts are back!!

Spent a few weeks in the region and Sloth and Sparrow was by far the tastiest eatery out there. Staff recommended döner and it was brilliant! Chic’ain’t was also spot on; you can also try out beers from local brewery that is just down the road. Nice relaxed vibes amazing food, a must try!

Sloth and Sparrow hits the spot every time if you are fancying a treat or needing great vegan comfort food that is freshly made and reliably good. The staff are always welcoming with happy smiles to greet you. There’s some seating inside but the harbour out the back has great views to sit and eat there. We have gradually worked our way through the menu trying something different with each visit and can’t fault anything.

The best vegan Junk food! - Edit
Hidden down a narrow alleyway, off the high street is one of the best vegan junk food restaurants. The food is so tasty! It's right up there with the Oowee Vegan chain. Prices are reasonable, the owners are super friendly, good location and the restaurant is really smart.

Perhaps The Best Vegan Burger/Junkfood Spot In The UK? - Edit
We had two absolutely brilliant meals here while on holiday near Falmouth. In all we tried the BBQ chicken burger, the bacon and blue cheese burger, the mac+cheese, the loaded fries and the nuggets. Everything was pretty perfect. Portion sizes are large, flavors are great. Of special note is the southern fried chicken seasoning! I really enjoyed the coating to the nuggets and chicken burger, it was as nobbly as it should be!

In all a really high class place. It's hidden down an ally with not toooo much seating but we didn't have trouble just turning up and finding a seat on a tuesday and a thursday.
I can't recommend this place highly enough and it might even beat Rudys in London for me as best vegan junk food cafe. Their chicken is definitely better than temple of seitan.

The staff are all massively welcoming and friendly, making it a place that I would absolutely not hesitate to return to! There are a large range of gluten free options; I would absolutely recommend the truffle cheese loaded fries and the cauliflower wings (these were by far the most delicious edition of these wings I have ever tasted - definitely worth a try)!!

Set on a side street towards the quayside, this comfort/junk food venue was a good find. I had the loaded fries with seitan doner. The portion was big with a generous helping of well seasoned seitan. The chips and salad included were again a good portion and the pickles and sauces went well with the meal. At the time of visiting it was takeaway only but head towards the quayside and there are plenty of benches to eat at whilst taking in the view of the harbour and boats.

Honestly I think this was the best seitan style chicken burger I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot of burgers! also had the kebab loaded fries which were on another level 🤤 can’t wait to come back.

An amazing staycation takeaway - Edit
All the restaurants were busy so we decided to get a takeaway from here. Entirely vegan and the menu is epic. We had a burger, chips, seitan nuggets. The best thing was the dirty fries, topped with jalapeño, fake donner meat and sauce. I didn't take a photo of that because I was too hungry. Also cheese cake was delicious. Never ordered to much but when it's all vegan you have too!
