Serves meat, vegan options available. “Elevated” comfort food restaurant. Every section of the menu has a vegan choice that is clearly labeled. Could possibly ask to make some of the vegetarian dishes vegan by exclude certain ingredients. Sweet potato chickpea sandwich with fries, farm stand stew (sancocho), super bowl salad, joy berry wild mushrooms (share/side), fries, side salad, vegan chocolate ice cream. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-10:00pm, Fri 11:00am-12:00am, Sat 10:00am-12:00am, Sun 10:00am-10:00pm.

Good

Allston seems to be on a downturn for vegans, especially late at night, but this spot was open when others weren’t. The sweet potato chickpea sandwich was good, if not a little similar to other late-night falafel-type places around here (with fries as the option.).

The vegan farmhouse stew was tasty and nice but somewhat light (if you are starving, I’m betting this is good for vegetables but 450 calories max.

The other option was the power bowl. For this being an unapologetically delicious comfort food place it did seem interesting that vegan options seems ok the healthy side. - if you want to indulge like your nonvegan friends, you may find yourself missing out…. Or just have to order several cocktails.

I appreciate the effort of having a vegan option on every section of the menu, though, and this is why we came.

Most of the vegan stuff is pretty simple to make at home so as a local it’s nice to have in the neighborhood, but I don’t see myself as a regular unless the menu updates to add something more intriguing.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. It wasn’t busy and I’m willing to bet the staff would be accommodating if we asked.

Pros: Options labeled as “vegan” , Every section had a vegan option. , Friendly staff.

Cons: Pretty basic vegan options. , Vegan options kinda off brand for rest of menu.
