A wholefood vegan/plant-based meal delivery and catering company. Slánú is Irish for "healing". All meals are gluten free, oil free, table salt and refined sugar free.(Not nut free.) Some of the meals may include tex mex rice bowl, sweet potato and shepherd-less pie, mushroom and walnut bolognese. Open Thu 9:00am-3:00pm. Closed Fri. - Wed. Delivery or pick up every Thu.

What a fantastic food delivery service!
Read moreAll the food is great quality and very fresh. We love how the meals are whole foods, nutritious and ultra healthy. They're ideal for those wanting oil, gluten, salt and sugar free meals. I scoffed the meals guilt free whilst enjoying the variety of flavours and rainbow of wholesome ingredients. It's been a busy time and these meals were a life saver knowing that I didn't have to find the time to prepare healthy balanced meals, I just heated them up and within a few minutes had everything I need in a meal. The portions are generous, just right infact, so I didn't feel the need to add extra veg on the side.
The delivery arrived on time, the food was still cold, and you can return the delivery box to the driver next time.
I'm looking forward to ordering another big box of lovely meals.
The meals have a good few days before they need to be eaten or they can be frozen.
Communication with Patrice was easy.
Highly recommend.
