Legendary Chicago bar that also has vegan food?! - Edit
Skylark is a gem. Neighborhood joint that is very popular with all kinds of people, locals and tourists. They usually have a vegan special. I live really close by, it would be one of my local dive bars anyway, but the fact they have vegan sloppy joes every single day and treat vegans like normal people who want to go to bars and eat is absolutely fantastic for Chicago.

Hidden gem! - Edit
Never would have expected such a classic Chicago bar to have such extensive (and delectable!) vegan options. The Thai curry was phenomenal and the fried pickles (without the dipping sauce) hit the spot. All menu prices include tax, and even if they didn't they're already excellent. Can't wait to come back.
