Chef works with local organic products, diner is a surprise. You only have to make the choice in how many courses you like. Beautiful and pure food.

A more expensive restaurant but really worth it. Small menu and you can ask to make vegetarian items vegan. We took the 5 course surprise menu and you can have that vegan. We had gazpacho, quinoashushi, red beet risotto with been burgers and chickpeasauce, vegetables with fries and sauce, sorbet of blueberries, pineapple carpaccio with grilled pineapple and sorbet. Even tea came with vegan sweets.

I made a reservation about 3 days in advance and mentioned I was vegan. That's not necessary but they advice you to do so.
I wanted to give a 5 star rating but apparently that's not possible for non vegan restaurants.
