#Veganuary

Promising Vegan Menu, But Service and Execution Fall Short - Edit
This spot had been generating a lot of buzz in vegan circles, so my expectations were high. It’s located slightly outside the city centre and is very popular, especially during summer when outdoor seating fills up quickly—booking a table 1-2 days in advance is recommended. The place does have a distinct hipster vibe, which adds character to the experience.
Read moreWhen I visited, it was packed, and the staff was evidently stretched thin. The service felt rushed and chaotic, creating a less-than-relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, this seemed to impact the quality of some offerings. For example, I tried their homemade iced tea. While it had potential, it seemed hastily prepared, coming out too watery and lacking the flavour punch I hoped for. In situations like this, sticking to simple, ready-made options, like canned soda, might be the safer choice.
I ordered the vegan salami pizza, which, given all the hype, I thought would be fantastic. Unfortunately, it fell short. The vegan salami itself was underwhelming, and while the vegan cheese wasn’t terrible, it simply didn’t meet the high expectations—many other pizzerias offer better vegan cheese options. Next time, I’d probably opt for a vegan margarita instead.
On the bright side, I appreciated how easy it was to navigate the vegan options on the menu.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan options for easy ordering.
Cons: Stressed staff led to rushed, chaotic service., Pricey for the quality provided., No designated wheelchair-accessible toilet.

Good napoletan pizza - Edit
Love the chimichurri pizza and the mozzarella in this chain.
Read moreInside of restaurant a bit too loud (seems to be a common problem here), but there are also few seats outside.
The chilli oil is fruity and just a bit spicy. You can have Chilli oil and garlic oil to your meal.
Payment with card possible.
Pros: Clearly labelled vegan options

Not a fan of neopolitan pizza - Edit
Even for neopolitan pizza it is veery gooey/soggy in the middle and very doughy on the outside - just not my preferred style of pizza.
Read moreI liked that they have a few creative vegan options - the veggie one and salami one are very well made and I also like the cheeze they are using. I just don't like having a dripping pizza. :D

Not worth the price - Edit
We had the marinara (9€) and the vegan margherita (15€- 6€ more for cheese 🤨). It was ok, but underwhelming. I wouldn’t come back.

Okay - Edit
They offer some vegan pizzas and a vegan dessert.
Read moreWe had a vegan pizza with veggies and one with vegan bacon, champignons, onion and thyme. I did not taste any thyme. Moreover, the pizza with the veggies did not have a lot of taste besides those from the 'raw' vegetables. Price is too high for what you get. We paid 36€ for 2 pizzas and 0.75 mineral water.
Pros: fast, several vegan options
Cons: price too high

Leckere Pizza - Edit
Die Pizza ist gut, der Laden ist aber sehr „kommerziell ausgelegt“. Die Pizzen haben einen verhältnismäßig dicken Rand und wenig Belag.

Nice place - Edit
We wanted to try this place since we saw it earlier that day. It was busy and the food smelled good. The lemonade was nice to start with. We had a nice stay but the tables are close to each other so it could feel crowded. The pizza's were fast after ordering. In my opinion the crusts were to big compared to the topping (this could be a napoli thing). So it was filled to the max. in the middle and after a couple of slides a bit to much on the crust. Shame because the topping was tasty, and vegan!
Read moreI didn't like that the dessert came in a plastic bowl, it looked like it was prepared a couple of days earlier, that's to bad. Coffee was good tho.
There were a lot of Italian people so that has to count for something.
Pros: Vegan options, well noted , Friendly staff
Cons: Crowded , Desser presentation
