A delicious find! - Edit
Everything was delicious, flavorful and made with whole foods! I said "mmmmm" with every bite. Great staff and cozy environment with hundreds (no joke) of plants. This will be my stop next time I'm driving through.

A real gem in a small town. I got the jackfruit slaw with a 5 spice level- did not disappoint. It came loaded with ground scorpion pepper.

Driving to Santa Fe we stopped by, but they were closed on Tuesday. So we made sure to give Sita's a try on our return. We'll be back!

Having a stressful day? The staff’s relaxing demeanor may rub off on you. I had the bbq jackfruit with slaw, pickle and chips. It was just the right size and was delicious. The chocolate silk pie was a rare find.

Best Food on Planet Earth - Edit
Yogi Food is The Best Food Om Planet Earth/Sol 267-3...Highly recommended, just don't converse too much with the primitives which frequent the nearby hills and vales. It's worth a trip to this planet to eat Raja Ka Shannee's magical cooking. 🔥🔱🔥🍻

Delightful & delicious! Worth a detour to visit! - Edit
I’ve stopped in thrice for lunch on road trips between Denver and Santa Fe, and what a pleasant surprise! Delicious vegan food served in a relaxed and charming atmosphere. I look forward to returning next time I'm passing through.
Read moreThe BBQ jackfruit wrap is my fave so far, and the felafel was pleasant as well (though a bit dry; could use more tahini and/or chili sauce to balance out the dryness of the bread). The peach cinnamon roll was especially recommendable for lovers of the genre.
On my first visit I enjoyed exceptionally warm and friendly service, while the affect of both employees during my second visit was perhaps most easily characterized as “millennial indifference,” so the vibe you get may depend on who is on duty.
Enjoy!

What a gem!! - Edit
We were checking to places to eat on our way home to Denver - what a great find! I ordered a berry/green smoothie and their falafel flatbread. It was fresh made and the falafel was crunchy and delicious. Fantastic, and such a nice stop. This will definitely be a regular on our road trip pit stops.

Amazing food - Edit
Ordered a grilled cheese, burrito, and iced tea. The food was amazing, served with kettle chips and fresh fruit. Burrito is big, toasted with homemade beans, tofu scramble, potatoes & veggies. The iced tea has a great flavor too. We sat outside because of covid, and the employee brought us out some waters and napkins. Very friendly service. Love that there is a vegan restaurant thriving in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Not overpriced.

Amazing - Edit
We stopped in while passing through town. Extremely safe COVID policies and a few outside tables. I got the bliss bowl and my fiancé got the falafel sandwich. Both were incredible. I got their CBD mimosa which was fruit juices, kombucha and some kind of cbd, it was soooo good!

Wow! A great find on our road trip! To find a fully vegan spot in a small town is wonderful. Wonderful turns to spectacular when the food is all made from scratch and tastes so bloody good. We had a jackfruit flatbread, bean burger, fruit, chips, banana walnut bread and coffee. Every single bite and sip was absolute perfection. The owners are lovely and you can tell they have poured their souls in to this place. 1000000% recommend! Can’t wait to come back and taste more of their menu.

Good food - Edit
They had the best falafel sandwich I have had. The falafels were perfect. The black bean and veggie soup was good. Burrito was delicious as well. Highly recommend. Note they have good lemonade but served in small glass with lots of ice for $2.50 and it is not refillable but that is not stated on the menu. Not being refillable was not the issue just for the price you are only getting half of a half glass of lemonade. As we are accustom to places not having free refills on lemonade, but I would expect a full size glass. The owner was nice as well as the staff.

Just Perfection - Edit
Being vegan, eating out in a small town is mostly impossible. This little cafe in Trinidad completely changes that for me! Seriously, the food is incredible. I have literally tried 75% of the menu and have loved every bit of it. If you are ever driving through the area, definitely stop in! You will not regret it.
