Their buffet has a good amount of vegan options and the menu has plenty. They are very accommodating.

Vegan Friendly - Edit
This restaurant has been endorsed by the K-Town Vegans MeetUp Group as Vegan Friendly. We have had several group dinners at Sitar. The menu is extensive and the quality of the food is consistently good. The staff appear to be well informed about vegan options.
