Serves meat, vegan options available. In a small town with little vegetarian food, this cafe and bakery is a good option as it is clean and cheerful and the owner, who speaks English, will accommodate veg requests. Serves breakfast and baked goods, pumpkin pancake, coffee, tea, fruit smoothies. Free Wi-Fi. Directions: No street names or numbers, just go towards the river at the 2000 monument, and it's on the left hand side of the road. Reported closed, Dec 2019.

bakery/cafe near 2000 monument with vegetarian options - Edit
Sisters 2 is located in 726 Street next to KAMA cafe (near corner of 726 and 729 streets) opposite the 2000 monument (Happy Cow map is accurate) ... Sisters 2 is closed on Sundays ... Sisters 2 has only vegetarian food options available and I spoke with the owner today and was able to confirm that all of the food in the shop (including the bread) has either milk or egg ingredients or both ingredients ... a review of the menu shows heaps of well priced vegetarian options ... the shop also sells a range of coffee options including $1.00 expresso shots

Very Nice Owners - Edit
The Cafe is really nice and clean. For Vegetarians a good menu. A lot of egg dishes or sweet options. Not recommend for vegans.

just bakery goods - Edit
There was really nothing on the menu here besides baking items - looked good but we don't eat egg - and a cheese sandwich. Place looked nice and the woman was lovely BUT nothing we could eat :(

The cleanest, most veg friendly option in town - Edit
What makes this place special is the owner. A friendly, chatty Vietnamese woman who keeps the place spotless. She personally bakes the choc brownies, choc chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, apple pie, lemon meingue pie (lime pie on the menu) and bread.
Read moreI would recommend the pumpkin pancake with home made syrup. The iced coffee is good.
The best value in town by far. Popular with ex-pats and long term western volunteers who pop in all day for snacks to eat in or take-out.
Pros: clean, cheap, friendly
Cons: meat cooked and served here, not good for vegans
