soy protein not vegan. - Edit
I see in the description of this restaurant that vegans can substitute the soy protein. The soy protein they sell is vegetarian, not vegan.
That aside, they make a great pasta primavera. Its my favorite local pasta dish in the SCV. They say the noodles are eggless. Comes with a great assortment of veggies. Very flavorful.
