If you need something small to eat - Edit
I had Tea and vegan sandwich which was tasty. Not one of the most expensive places even though it's located right in the central Helsinki.

Love the breakfast! - Edit
I was interviewed for a radio show a few months back and we chose SIS Deli and Cafe (on Kalevankatu) for our location.
The breakfast buffet is totally worth the money! The cafe serves their own vegan pesto, they have different sorts of bread, soy yoghurt and loads of berries and cut-up fruit, soy milk for coffee etc... Worth the visit!
Pros: Breakfast buffet is lovely!
Cons: Noisy

Beautiful food & service- buffet breakfast a must - Edit
This is one of my favourite places to eat at & I've lived near Helsinki 8 years. This particular branch of SIS Deli has amazingly cheerful and helpful staff who seem to clearly love their work & speaking to all customers.
The place is kept clean & hygenic & there are plenty of homemade or local made treats to take away - jams, raw cakes, seed biscuits & smoothies.
Then we move onto the main food - it's a breakfast or lunch affair with plenty of sandwiches, soups or fresh-prepared boxes on offer (example: cous cous with salad, hummus, soy yoghurt dressing & stuffed rice vine leaves). It's not a vegan or raw place but there are plenty of options available still for us (one of the few places in the city which caters for WFPB diets!) A great selection of fresh drinks & smoothies are on offer but they cater for those who pop in just for a coffee also. The buffet breakfast is amazing & has fresh made hummus, grilled vegetables (in a little oil), or spinach pesto (without cheese) as well as plenty of salad & different breads.
Pricing is average for the area. At the weekends the buffet breakfast costs more, however there's usually a little more selection on offer & it also includes a coffee/drink then.
Pros: Tasty food & great range, Some WFPB diet food, Fantastic service
Cons: Medium/average pricing, not cheap
