Good food, attentive staff - Edit
The food was good even though the Briam was a bit greasy.
Read moreThey offer some vegan starters & 2 or 3 main dishes. Unfortunately, the Moussaka is only vegetarian.
The staff is friendly and attentive. They brought a new knife just the moment I accidentally dropped mine.

Hospitality and the best briam - Edit
Many vegan options clearly labelled on the menu with a "V", true hospitality and they are proud of the beautiful selection of vegan and homemade dishes for their guests. It's hard to decide and everything we tried was delicious. My recommendation is the Briam! Wow! Also the cleanest toilets on the island ;-)

Brilliant vegan options - Edit
On our one dinner out to Sirtaki, we had vegan Gemista and Briam as well as Giant Beans. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They were keen to make sure the food was good and had a good understanding of being vegan.

There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian options (mainly starters for vegans, but some mains too). The vegetarian moussaka was very good and didn’t make me feel like I was missing out on anything. The pasta was good too and the Parmesan is served on the side😄would definitely recommend!

A lot of options in the menu are suitable for vegans and they are clearly signed. To mention: amazing gemitas and dolmades. Just stop by for a lunch on the road, you will e surprised!

Gem of authenticity among the Sports bars - Edit
Really loved this little taverna. We went here twice for mezze as it was local to where we were and was easy to make a meal from their vegan options. Simple dishes like giant beans and grandmas dolmades were tasty and filling and all the better for being eaten in the sun with a beer.

We ate here twice in two days. The food really is that good. They have a decent variety of vegan and veggie dishes and, more importantly, understand what ‘vegan’ means. I can only describe the food as ‘genuine’ Greek dishes, no fuss, just good quality, very flavoursome and reasonably priced food. The menu is clearly marked and the staff are very friendly and helpful. All accompanied by an impressive wine list😄My wife was also impressed that the toilets were very clean and had feminine hygiene products. Highly recommended!

Its nothing fancy but does a great range of vegan options. They also actually know what vegan means which isn't ways the case! Cheap and cheerful. The vegan pizza worth a visit alone.

Read moreHighly recommended for visitors to this area, especially if you are interested in an authentic Greek food experience. There are multiple vegan and veggie options showcasing the best of meat-free Greek food. The waiters are wonderful, friendly and attentive, aware of the concept of meat-free and happy to discuss the options. In fact, they are more than happy because they take such pride in the food served here. I would suggest selecting a meal of various appetisers - the waiter will tell you when you've ordered too much! And they will bring out the dishes as and when they are ready instead of all at once which is a really nice way to eat. Enjoyed every single dish and wouldn't hesitate to return if we are back in Rhodes some day.

I ate here 3 times on my 5 night stay - and it would have been all 5 times if food hadn't been provided at the conference I was attending.😁On the first night the waiter noticed I was choosing vegan options from the main menu and brought me over a separate vegan menu. I had pitta, houmous, salads, garlic mushrooms and the most delicious fava! I could eat that every day! Cannot recommend Sirtaki highly enough for vegan mezze options in Ixia.

Das Restaurant hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Vegane Optionen sind gekennzeichnet, was das Suchen sehr vereinfacht. Laut Speisekarte sind vegane Speisen nur bei den Vorspeisen erhältlich. Wir haben aber einfach die kalten Starter als Vorspeise gegessen und verschiedene warme als Hauptgang. Waren danach mehr als nur satt.😉

A cosy, authentic restaurant/tavern. I came with my boyfriend (not vegan). The nice lady immediatly explained the menu for me and pointed out which dishes that I could take or which she could make vegan by taking off the cheese. It was very nice of her willing to adapt the food for a vegan and she was well informed about what vegans eat and don't eat. We both took a pizza. Mine was vegan with alot of fresh veggies. Very delicious!! We also took 3 drinks and it all came to €20,70. Which is no money! We would like to come back!

Welcoming staff and quite many vegan options. Just ask wich mezes are vegan. My green salad with spring onions and olives was straight from their garden. Fava and garlic mushrooms had a lot flavors.

Everything suitable for vegans was clearly marked on the menu which was very helpful. The staff were so friendly and the food really was of excellent quality! I had the fried courgettes with garlic dip, stuffed vine leaves and fried aubergines with peppers with a side of Greek salad (ask for no feta) and it was a LOT of food! Probably the best meal I had here in Greece. Go here if you want the full Greek experience.
