Has vegan options, gave me chicken dumplings

Was told vegetarian dumplings were vegan. Got some for the plane and after eating 3 onboard, realised they were dry chicken chunks inside, not soy! Felt pretty disgusted and upset. I haven’t eaten chicken since I was young so didn’t even recognise it as it was flavourless.

Maybe a good option if you double check your food, but I can’t recommend it from my experience.

Pros: Staff claim to understand vegan

Cons: Expensive, Order may not be correct

Thankfully, Good!

Given the severe lack of alternatives in Terminal 4, I was pleased that this meal actually managed to be above par. The la mian boasted a decent flavour and the xiao long bao were really fresh and had good texture. Also, seeing as the was airport outlet, I found the price to be pretty reasonable.

It was a fair while ago now that I had this, but given the nature of the food, I’d err on the side of yes.
