Crisp and fresh…

This salad chain offers a “build your own” option or a choice of signature salads. I tried the “Earthy, Nutty, Crunchy” without the croutons and it was quite good. The protein sources included tofu and edamame. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re ever near one of their locations.

Pros: Lots of choices, Quick and helpful service , Clean restaurant space
