A great find for some vegan groceries - Edit
Simply For Life on Granite Drive in Moncton is a health food store worth exploring, especially for plant-based eaters. Nearly half of their inventory is vegan-friendly, with a mix of unique products you won’t find elsewhere. I picked up some of my go-to favorites like hot cocoa and fermented coconut probiotics, as well as an exciting new find: plant-based soup bases, including vegetable and “beef” options made entirely from mushrooms and plants.
Read moreWhat’s really helpful is their use of cool stickers to indicate vegetarian and gluten-free options, making it easy to shop for dietary preferences.
Best of all, they carry recognizable local products that are some of my absolute favorites. I’ll definitely be back to check out more!

Great selection - Edit
Lovely natural food market with a good selection of specialty vegan items from cookies to meat alternatives. Prices are a little high but they do carry stuff that I’ve never really seen elsewhere.
