Good food, a little expensive for Malaysia - Edit
Good food, although a little more expensive for Malaysia and the setting inside a shopping centre is weird.
The staff are friendly and the food is delicious and big portions, but you can find good food for better prices elsewhere.

so many delicious and fresh options - Edit
Although it is in a mall, this place does great food and delicious drinks! My vegan partner and I ate here at least three times in four days.. laksa, curry bowl (set menu that comes with side soup, salad and little dessert), the signature dish is fantastic. so many ways to eat matcha! The juices are great too. dishes are labeled clearly if they contain egg. apparently the Marmite dish was awesome. we will miss eating here. Clean. Quick. Healthy. Delicious. Malaysian. And like no other place I've eaten.
Pros: lots of options. light on the oil
Cons: more pricey than on the street?! Ambiance....

Fantastico! - Edit
Il ristorante si trova all interno del centro commerciale. La zuppa di verdure e fagioli neri che ho preso era così buona da farmi chiamare il cameriere per comunicarglielo!! I prodotti sono tutti organici e cucinati ad arte. Sensazionale!! Provare per credere :)
Pros: Molte opzioni vegane

Delicious food - Edit
I loved this place. The food was not extremely cheap but worth it. Of course the atmosphere isn't special since it's in a mall, but I really enjoyed the presentation of the food and that made up for it. The quality is good and it tasted amazing. The staff was also very friendly and considerate, they double-checked if eggs were okay for example. Would love to go again.
Pros: high quality, healthy food, friendly, considerate staff
Cons: a bit more expensive

Simple Life food are basically fusion vegetarian food, menu contains of local, western & Japanese Sushi. I like their Leicha Brown Rice, Salad & Juices. Overall I enjoyed dining there of there good vibe & good food. I assume some of their dipping or salad sauce did contain of egg & milk. Vegan folk do check before order.

Healthy and simple vegan fare - Edit
Dined at Simple Life on our first night in KL after a long day of traipsing the various shopping centres and was happy to find a chain that served healthy yet flavourful food.
The menu has a wide variety of dishes, mostly Malay and Chinese and is predominantly vegan with an egg/no egg option. The veggie nori roll was great, as was the beancurd set which came with stir fry veg, tofu, a soup, brown rice and some salad. The laksa was watery and for the most part flavourless however. Fresh juices and soy milk matcha smoothies are also on offer, refreshing at the end of a long day.
Ambience leaves something to be desired as it is located in a shopping centre but not an issue. Service was adequate.
Overall a good dining experience, but nothing extremely special.

Excellent restaurant - Edit
On the second floor of the mall, this restaurant is big and commands not just the shop but the main floor of the mall too.
The menu is large and in English, the staff spoke good English.
Ordered juices, pumpkin wedges, fried tofu, veg nasi goring. All was good and the price is cheap (for non-locals)! We left so full, would definitely go back if in the area.
Restaurant wasn't that full on a weekday lunchtime.
Pros: Large menu, Good value
Cons: Ambience of a mall

Elaborate menu with good options - Edit
Took out food from here. There were plenty of options in the menu clearly marked with egg or without egg. If you ask the staff there is an option to do without the egg as well. Enjoyed the food.
Pros: Excellent food, Friendly staff, Prime location

Alright, coould be better - Edit
Simple Life is a chain store, and as such its not very personal.
The food was so so- the curry I had was acceptable but nothing special, whilst the roti was just about inedible. It tasted like they had removed the ghee and replaced it with butter. They assured me there was no butter in it, but it tasted so much like butter i couldnt eat it. The texture was weird and lifeless too, totally unlike roti. The mango salad was quite good.
Labelling could definitely be improved- no indication as to whether dairy is used in any of the dishes, and the staff seemed unsure as to what had dairy and what didnt.
Pros: Central Location, Mango Salad
Cons: Impersonal Chain Store, so so food

Solid and inexpensive - Edit
I really enjoyed our dinner here, more than I had expected. The two of us were famished, so we went for it and ordered four dishes—nasi lemak (no egg), roti canai, fruit rojak, and some fried lion's mane mushrooms. It was like a primer on Malaysian food and I loved everything, particularly the nasi lemak. I was also surprised at how not greasy the food was! They have a diverse menu that will have something for just about anyone. The majority of dishes look light and healthy, but if you're in the mood for some savory fried snacks, they also have you covered. The central location is a big plus too. Prices are by no means competitive in a city where cheap eats abound, but it's still fairly cheap by western standards, especially when you factor in the fact that it's inside a shopping mall right in the heart of the city. A great place all around!
Pros: delicious food, healthy options, central location

Perfect location - Edit
Fantastic way of bringing Malaysian vegetarian food to the people. A lot of things to choose from and everything labelled nicely, as to contains egg or is spicy. Not too expensive. Open restaurant in a shopping mall so can get noisy at times. Open until 10 PM, which is really good if you want to have late dinner. Easy to get to by monorail.
Pros: Location, Opening times, A lot of choice

Simple, tasty, a bit expensive - Edit
A good place where you can always eat a noodle soup or some set with rice. What I don't like is that you can't usually find any simple green salad or rice with vegetables.
They usually give you a tab where you can write items you need and notes, but you can't always ask the waiter if something contains dairy. I usually wrote something like "Vegan, please" on the tab and tried to explain to the waiter that I want exactly zero milk/dairy/cheese/honey and it seemed to help (but I'm not sure you can ever be sure about breads or such stuff in places like that so use your best judgement and always ask/don't order if unsure).
Besides this big restaurant in Lot10, they also have a stall on Suria KLCC food court. Haven't tried anything there.
Of course, the location means it cannot be inexpensive, but, on the other hand, it means you can reach it by monorail without walking much.
Pros: "eggs" labels in the menu, mostly healthy, easy to reach
Cons: no "vegan"/"dairy" labeling, just a little bit expensive

Super delicious - Edit
Really good food. Most food seems to be vegan or with option with/without egg. People very nice and speak proper English. It's not the cheapest place. I had a Ramen for RM14,90, a Soy Milk Black Sesame Drink for RM5,90 and a dessert for RM5,90. For European conditions it's cheap, but for Kuala Lumpur more midrange. But absolutely worth to go!

great food - Edit
Lovely place and people. Food brilliant and cheap.
Language is a bit of a problem though - I had the Malay phrase book in case English would not be enough - but they didn't speak Malay either! So I did get sushi with mayonnaise in it although I specified "no egg, no mayo" (It didn't even state in the menu that there was egg). The staff should be aware of the word "vegan".
Place - hidden in the shopping centre - hard to find! I took pics of the mall outside, make sure you look at them to know what to look for! Also the air con in the centre- it's quite cold!
Pros: quality, friendly staff, General look
Cons: language barrier, lack of knowledge about veganism

inexpensive and delicious - Edit
on the second level of the Lot 10 shopping center, big choice on typical malaysia food put into a veg-version!
Nearly everything is vegan but meals with egg (marked in the menu card)
We paid 50RM for 2 dishes and 2 (really delicious) 100% pure fruit juices

Yummy food - Edit
We really enjoyed the soups we got at Simple Life - they were tasty, affordable and seemed very nutritious too. We also had a soy and matcha drink which was really nice.
The restaurant is in a shopping centre, but has a surprisingly pleasant atmosphere.
The one downside was that we weren't able to successfully convey that we didn't want mayonnaise on our entrée - I'd advise other english speakers to try to be very clear when ordering.
Pros: Delicious food, Quick service, Extensive menu
Cons: May be difficult for non Malay-speakers

Easy to find, very tasty - Edit
Had a dinner twice here. Someone of HappyCow users marked on map points of vegan restaurants at random without checking real addresses. We spent at least an hour searching for 3 or 4 restaurants near our hotel following these map points. Finally we have found this restaurant and it was really good.
Very bright space with wood green colored trees on the 2nd floor of the shopping center Lot 10 (near Bukit Bintang monorail MR6). Sufficiently big menu. Many dishes have eggs, but you can choose the vegan option. Good selection of fresh juices. All of dishes are very tasty! Try a salad mix of fruit (in fact, there are fruits and vegetables) in sweet and sour sauce. Beware of mayo, it is not veggy. They have 3 salads and rolls with carrot and salat for row-vegans (excl.mayo).
We are happy with this restaurant, recommend to visit. Friendly staff. Although they may confuse your order, but bring the right dishes quickly and easily. All the food is prepared on-site without MSG, another chemicals, minimum salt and sugar.
