Having been a vegetarian my whole life I call this sort of cooking"just learned how to cook vegetarian" it's good food but very plain not creative. All things I make at home.

It looks like a fast food restaurant, and it is, but it is actually good. I had the Thai Chicken Pasta, modified to be vegan and it was very tasty. They have a handy menu behind the counter that says what is vegan or can be made vegan.

I've eaten at Silvergreens many times, and they are always very friendly and open to substitutions. Not all of their menu items are vegetarian, but they are willing to sub avocado for meat on anything. My favorites are the Hummus Delight (no mozz, add red onions and marinated peppers), Mandarin Salad (with extra almonds/ no chicken), and the Thai Pasta (no chicken). They also have yummy organic iced tea and a vegan smoothie I could drink every day. PLUS they show you the exact nutrition on the receipt - pretty cool!
