The options available change, but there's always a couple of choices and they'll be clearly marked. Also have alt milks for coffee. Food isn't mindblowingly good, but for US airport food and airport prices it's actually decent and above average.

SD hasn’t added much more for vegan options in a while, but you can get a good vegan meal from what they do have. The breakfast tacos, just egg benedict w/ tempeh bakon, lemon hummus w/pita & oat blueberry pancakes are flavorful and filling. The other vegan options are just ok. Weird they offer a beyond burger but don’t make a vegan version? Guess can build your own but not sure about the buns. I’d actually give them a 3.5.

I got the hibiscus mango soy shake, which was absolutely delicious. I could have walked out with only that and still been happy. Also got the Just Egg Benedict. I've never had regular egg Benedict so I don't know what I'm comparing to but it was ok. The cheese sauce definitely tasted vegan but was still good. I would get something else next time but it was still a decent experience with a good amount of veg options.

Great vegan food at the airport! - Edit
Nice gem for a weary traveler, especially after not having many options while away. Not a ton of vegan options but they are clearly marked on the menu, which boasts a healthy "flexitarian" diet.
Read moreI got the just egg burrito bowl from the all day breakfast menu, which looks exactly like the burrito on the regular menu, without the egg, for the same price. They also had pancakes, which I find a rare vegan option.
I also got the iced coffee float which came with vegan ice cream and whipped cream on top. I would have tried the peppermint mocha milkshake, but I needed some caffeine to get me through the last leg of my trip.
Host and server were both friendly and helpful.

Best Vegan Shakes Around! - Edit
I have tried the minty grasshopper and the mocha cold brew plant-based shakes and they are both wonderful, certainly the best vegan shake I have tried at a restaurant and definitely are worth a try, they don’t have that artificial or overly sweet taste like other places I have tried - their hibiscus mango also sounds great. I recommend the lemony chickpea hummus and cauliflower pita, it has a nice flavor and the dried apricots are a satisfying touch. The meatless taco bowl with the quinoa salad is super hearty and tastes amazing. The Thai quinoa cauliflower pasta is also good. Make sure to stop here!

Vegan options but not worth it - Edit
I was so excited to find a diner with vegan options but I had the just eggs Benedict and they were terrible. The just eggs were cooked too long. The sauce was an odd flavor. But the cauliflower bread with humus was good. Several vegan options people mentions in other reviews were not available.

They have marked vegan options, but it’s at best mildly good dinner food for a higher price. Pretty clean and friendly staff though. The pancakes were some of the best I e ever had though! Also, the iced coffee and coconut cream was pretty snazzy.

Some milkshakes can be made vegan by request! I enjoyed the diner more back when I was a vegetarian because there were way more options for me. The food is great though so I won't complain too much about the limited selection.

A friend of mine who's a meat enthusiast actually recommended this place (without knowing they had vegan options), and I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. There are a decent variety of clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options on the menu.
Read moreI got the Beyond Meatballs "Mac" N Cheese, which I thought was pretty good. It was more like a zucchini noodles primavera with Beyond Meatballs, but that was probably better on a hot day anyway.
I would like to come back to try other vegan dishes some time.

We ordered online with curbside pickup due to the pandemic. The process was very easy and the menu has vegan options well-labeled. For pickup, you call with the number of your parking spot and they bring it right out wearing a mask. I’m glad the vegan menu items are back!

My husband still eats fish and wanted to go here for a particular meal. I wasn’t planning on eating here with him but I was pleasantly surprised by plant based vegan options . I ordered a roasted Brussels sprouts dish with quinoa , roasted red peppers, pecans and pomegranate, and it was seriously delicious! Meal was healthy and satisfying . I’m glad they have options on menu so we can eat together !

This location (I believe all now) serve beyond meat entrees. They are delicious! I tried the tofu skewers and the beyond meat meatball entree. I recommend both.

They're a diner that took the time to make a vegan specific menu... And the options are pretty good. It's no Chicago Diner but if your hungry and want a place where you know you'll be safe to order some vegan food check it out.
