A gem in Hot Springs - Edit
The food and drinks were delicious! The meals came with naan and raita but they will make it vegan by subbing hummus. And the hummus is homemade and goes really well with the naan and dish.

A true GEM! - Edit
We were visiting family and a close friend in Hot Springs and felt oh-so-grateful to find this place! The owners were extremely helpful and really cared about their food and having us be happy! We sampled everything we could. I don't remember specifically what we had since it was several months ago, but I would highly recommend trying this GEM. If I remember correctly, they change the menu so you can go back again and again for new options.

We stumbled upon Silk Road in Hot Springs SD on a road trip and returned for lunch the next day!
Read moreThe vegan loved his aloo masala (curried veg and potato) and the vegetarian loved her kali daal (black lentils cooked in tomato & onion). Both meals came with a generous serving of spiced rice and naan bread (vegan without the chutney), followed by a vegan baklava for dessert. Yum!
If you do dairy, the masala chai is not to be missed. The Pakistani fizzy soft drinks are absolutely incredible, also not to be missed!
