Chill vibe and vegan friendly - Edit
Visited Silk City diner for a pre-concert dinner and was impressed by their vegan options. There is an entire vegan appetizer list and they offer the impossible burger (double stacked!). I also enjoyed the roasted beet salad which is easy to modify to make vegan. The french fries are delicious and perfectly crispy. My partner and I enjoyed the quirky outdoor garden eating area. Overall a lovely place to grab a bite for both vegans and non vegans.

Quirky atmosphere with a few vegan options - Edit
Really cool vibe and outdoor patio area with lots of greenery, makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a forest instead of the city. A few vegan options that are all pretty tasty and come in large portions for their price.
