Vegan options are really tasty

It's nice to see a non-vegan place with really tasty vegan option. I was really satisfied with my option, the taste, the quantity and the price were more than correct 🌟

Pros: Good quantity, Price are reasonable , Enough vegan option

Cons: Wish it was all vegan 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't think you can criticise a non-vegan restaurant that offers "enough vegan option" and the one you had was "really tasty" that you were "really satisfied" with and "the taste, the quantity and the price were more than correct" for not being totally vegan?! It looks like you've knocked off 2 stars for not being vegan when it doesn't AT ALL advertise itself as such? You are the reason people don't like vegans. And yes, I'm vegan

Not bad wee spot

Was finding it difficult to find somewhere open with vegan options on a Monday. Ended up here. Got the bolognese which was tasty enough but didn’t really resemble bolognese. Very health focused placed. Reasonable enough prices.

Freshest vegetables, best lunch bowl

Ordered their Silex smile and really enjoyed this. The vegetables used were of top quality, every part seasoned well, the bowl is very satisfying. Husband had the vegan bolognese with carrot noodles and he enjoyed this as well.

Simple and delicious!

Really fun little spot in downtown Toulouse. They have three menu options that can all be made vegan because the protein just goes on top of the dish. First, the bolognese. This is some sort of veggie stir fry that varies seasonally depending on what veggies are fresh with either meat sauce or vegan bolognese on top. The vegan bolognese I was told has soy, but I had this and it looked like it was simply some chunky and seasoned tomato. Overall, it was very fresh, flavorful, and tasty. I loved that it was simple and I could tell what I was eating, but it was also flavorful.
The second option is sweet potato with some sort of protein. For vegans it’s a bean chili sort of dish. Finally, the last option is a big salad/bowl type dish. With any option you can add a dessert of choice for like 2€. All desserts are vegan. I tried this banana chocolate cake and it was melt-in-your-mouth and absolutely delicious!
They also have vegan, GF sweet potato savory waffles that despite their somewhat burnt appearance, are actually delicious!
Service was fast and friendly and the food was great. Highly recommend stopping by!

Ps: they have student discounts and a loyalty card program.

Pros: Delicious , Fast, Friendly service

A happy find

Not easy to find vegan food in France. In particular in the heartland of foie gras!
I was therefore pleased to find this place with 3 vegan main courses and several desserts.
Friendly staff and nice atmosphere too. 😊

Many vegan options and good food!

Silex & Fourchette is a very vegan-friendly place, centrally located and owned by very kind owners. The place is pleasant, brand new and prices are affordable. All their desserts and drink (hot chocolate, chai, cappuccino, wine, etc.) are vegan, and you have as much as vegan options as not vegan dishes. Each day, you have a soup, a cold bowl, pasta or lasagna and a vegan chili. I tried the vegetable pasta that were very tasty (not wheat pasta you must know) and a pudding with chocolate, chia grains and raspberry. The dessert was excellent too. I finally tried the hot chocolate with almond milk (you can choose also soy milk, coco milk and oat milk). It was good but not very creamy. On the whole, this place deserves to be visited if you're vegan!

Pros: very vegan-friendly, good food, vegan wine, central location, nice place, friendly staff

Cons: not 100% vegan, too healthy
