Wonderful vegan restaurant - Edit
I only came here for cake and a warm drink, I ordered the chocolate & passion fruit cake and a chai late with oat milk and was completely in heaven. The cake consisted of a no bake base, an extremely rich chocolate layer, cream which was presumably made of cashew nuts and a topping from passion fruit. This was so far the best cake I had in my life, not only the best vegan cake. Chai latte was also very delicious! I'll come back very soon!

Reading the reviews on HC, we were excited to have found a table at this restaurant. Indeed, it is a nice place and location with exceptionally nice people. They serve their smoothies with a glass straw, which is a nice sustainable touch. They are an all vegan restaurant and offer quite a bit of options. For this I would have wanted to give them five stars, but unfortunately the food itself was a bit of a disappointment: way too much salt (even for German standards), very greasy, and both of us had stomach pain after the meal. If you like authentic German food, I think this is a good place to go, but if you prefer something more healthy then I would recommend you to go somewhere else.

Few times already they don't have cold drinks, ice is out of stock and staff is not friendly,not smiling, so we don't feel comfortable seating there for long time, just to finish the food and go.

Loved this spot so much! Very chill and relaxing vibes. The staff were super friendly and service was quick. We were starving after wandering Marienplatz so we were very happy to find this nearby. We ended up ordering another dish after finishing our plates because the food was so delicious.

Siggis is a very cute little restaurant with lovely Interior.
Read moreUnfortunately at this sunday at around noon they already had much of the dishes on the menu already sold out.
But we decided to get the club sandwich (13€), Basic sandwich (~6,20€) and the pancake with maple syrup (~7€).
We really enjoyed our sandwiches. Super-good!
The pancake was pretty small in my opinion in comparison to the price and it tasted a little doughy.
All in all we were satisfied and happy with our stay.
The staff was friendly too.

I wasn’t able to eat here, but I want to give this restaurant major props for listing out all of the potential allergens in their food. I have a severe dairy allergy and almost ordered, but noticed that some of their dishes have traces of dairy. Not every vegan is a vegan devoted to the cause; some of us, like me, are pushed into it due to allergies and health reasons. Having had an allergic shock at a vegan restaurant before due to unannounced trace amounts of milk, I really want to applaud this restaurant for its efforts and hope that others follow suit.

We are not happy with some of our bigger suppliers not offering products which could contain traces of mil e.g. but to be honest the line of production is sometimes the same for vegan and not vegan food which makes it really difficult. The basic... - Edit
I ordered the basic sandwich... it was not basic at all! It was so delicious! The patty was crispy on the outside and so moist on the inside. The latte macchiato with their homemade cashew cream was a perfect blend. I really wanted to put five stars but I can’t. The waiter was not too friendly, but the lady at the front was wonderful. We had a seat with a view of the kitchen and unfortunately I could see the cook taking his phone out of his pocket, looking at something for a while, then put it back in his pocket and continued to handle the raw and prepared food all without changing his gloves. I still enjoyed everything. One thing to note, I did not know we needed to reserve a table a head of time, but they let us in anyway.

During my three day long stay in Munich I grasped the opportunity to dine at Siggis due to its good recommendations. I can simply agree with those being enthusiastic. The menu reveals a range of different dishes. The food I ordered was fresh and tasty. The staff was welcoming. Homemade ice-teas, deserts and a selection of bio-vinos complement the range.

We stopped here for cake and coffee and had a delicious vegan gluten free Black Forest Cake and an apple cake as well as coffees. Everything was delicious. The gluten free cake was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The rest of the menu looked delicious too... I would be keen to come back.

Rude obnoxious staff, foul smelling fast food - Edit
On a business trip had ine evening free and forgot to reserve the amazing Michelin Stared Tian.
Read moreWalked over to Siggis. A hole in the wall small and smelly place with most of the display empty at 6 pm. When they realized I am alone, they said that there is no table and everything is reserved. I stood back and ordered a takeaway. While waiting, two Americans walked in without a reservations. They were told that there is a wait and were seated in 3 minutes. So I guess 1 guest is not worth Siggis time. Or maybe because I am a woman?
Do yourself and the world a favor and do not go there!

well what can we say about this feedback...it is strange as all what you are describing cannot be found at our place - we have no rude or obnoxious staff (shocked about this word "obnoxious" to be honest- who would use such a word to describe staff wherever you go??), we certainly do not smell bad and we have character - we even offer women a seat as our boss is a women?And what do you mean by "supposedly vegan" - didn´t you had vegan food as takeaway - you are really sure you have been to our place?

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time while vacationing in Germany. Since it was late and they were closing soon, we only had dessert. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. I am surprised by this highly inaccurate review. The place is small but NOT smelly. We found the food to be really good and the staff accommodating and kind. If we had more time in Munich, we would have returned for another meal.
