Aufgrund der langen veganen Tradition des Restaurants und den vielen sehr guten Bewertungen hier hatte ich sehr hohe Erwartungen. Leider war es dann doch aus meiner Sicht nur ein ganz normales veganes Restaurant. Also Mittelfeld. Es geht besser aber natürlich auch deutlich schlechter.
Read moreVier Sterne habe ich vor allem dafür gegen, dass es (Samstag gegen 17:00) sehr laut, voll (eng) und hektisch war. Das Essen (Lasagne) bewerte ich auch mit 4 Sternen. Hätte vielleicht etwas anderes nehmen sollen. Die mitgenommene Torte fand ich enttäuschend, da sie zu trocken war.

Decided to come here for Sunday lunch. I arrived without a reservation and was very lucky to get a table. It was crowded. Reservations are required so plan ahead. This place is worth it. I had the Schnitzel with potato salad. It's was amazing. Big portion that will serve as my lunch and dinner. If you're looking for a place with excellent service and delicious food, come here. You will not be disappointed.

We went there on Saturday around 1:30pm and it was PACKED which I love to see for a vegan restaurant! We had the "Tutto Bene" vegan & "Crispy", huge portions! And delicious!! As for the dessert, we needed to try the white chocolate mousse, which unfortunately wasn't mousse like, but more buttery and solid. Would go for a different dessert next time :)

I really don't think I can properly praise SIGGIS, it's that good. The desserts are particularly wonderful, probably the best vegan desserts overall I've encountered so far in the city. Sachertorte was (when I was vegetarian over the past decade) perhaps my favorite dessert, and I admit I was a bit sad when I decided to go vegan that I wouldn't be having it again (obviously a small sacrifice, but still!). That problem is no more. SIGGIS Sachertorte is incredible.
Read moreMeals are terrific too. I just loved the Anti-Jägerschnitzel (tried it with the excellent Kroketten this time). The staff is terribly friendly, and the space is quite pleasant.
Overall, I couldn't recommend it more. I also love that they promote veganism in general and make an effort to raise awareness.
Pros: vegan, and promote it, best vegan desserts in city? some of at least!, just delicious everything, great staff, space

We had seitan with hummus, tzatziki, rice and salad and also soy-schnitzel with mushrooms sauce, potatoes, cucumber and salad. The amount of food was big, the courses were tasty but a little hard to digest and the check was quite expensive.

For our wedding day we chose a dinner at siggis. On the subject of Corona: in the large guest room the required distances can easily be maintained. Excellent food in a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed spaghetti bolognese in vegan and potato wedges with vegetables. And as desert chocolate butter and cake with espresso. A very nice evening.

Wir hatten hier eine Peanutbutter- und eine Passionsfrucht-Torte. Beides sehr gut. Preislich etwas gehobener. Es gab noch einiges mehr an Torten zur Auswahl sowie süße Teilchen. Mittags hat die Küche zu, dann gibt es aber belegte Brote.

I loved it so much I've eaten there twice in a row. The staff is super welcoming, they take your order and serve your order so quickly it was appreciated. Food was of course great, delicious and original.
