'Pork' fried rice to die for!

Try it. And the 'Chicken's lo mein. Make sure you request vegan for the rice noodles. Such a great Chinese place with lots of vegan options.
They are only available for takeout unfortunately.

Vegan meats

A large vegetarian menu can be specified to be vegan (probably by removing the whey).

I tried the crispy duck (a bit bland and chewy) and the sesame chicken (delicious).

Pros: Huge vegetarian/vegan menu , Reasonably priced , Good variety of mock meats

Cons: Tofu soup was just okay, Mustard sauces was gross, Sweet & sour sauce was weak

Been coming here for years, owners are vegetarians and very vegan friendly. The thai curry noodle and vegan pork fried rice are so good

THE FAUX MEAT IS NOT VEGAN!!!

The meat substitute is not vegan!!! It contains whey even though we were told it is vegan. Be careful. Otherwise the food is pretty good

Pros: Pretty decent food

Cons: The meat replacement has whey in it

Great vegan options

Ordered drunken and volcano noodles. Enjoyed them both, if there was one area they could improve would be more vegetables in the dish. Would go again.

Pros: Had vegan and vegetarian substitute meat. , Won’t have to wait, Friendly

Cons: Colfax

We absolutely love them

They have an entire separate veggie menu! It's definitely meant for delivery or takeout - the restaurant isn't much to look at. The owners are incredibly vegan and vegetarian friendly, willing to adapt any dish to faux meat or tofu. We even had them recently cater our wedding! They're super friendly, food is insanely good. We eaten from here about once a week for a few years now, never ever disappointed.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Willing to substitute to make veg, Super duper tasty

Gross!

The description and reviews seemed really nice, albeit written 7 years ago. This place seems to have gone very downhill. There are piles of papers and trash stacked on tables right in the middle of the restaurant. The vegetarian menu contains whey protein, although there is an asterisk that the meats can be made vegan by request. I used the restroom before ordering and because of how filthy it was we actually left.

Pros: Offers mock meats Nice looking menu Koi fish pond

Cons: Absolutely filthy , Not vegan

They actually carry vegetarian and vegan meat options even though you don't see this on the menu. The vegan options available are chicken, beef, and shrimp, they do not offer salmon or duck as they do as vegetarian options. I was told that the vegan chicken and beef were house made.

Freshly made vegetarian takes on Chinese fare.

A cozey little restaurant centrally located not Far from 25 and 70. First impression as I walked in was the care put into the decorations and the cleanliness of the place -- welcoming. Second was the very friendly hostess who asked me if I had special requirements (vegan, vegetarian, etc).

As a vegan, this would be a compromise, but a good one. Enjoying ones favorite Chinese dishs with seitan instead of meat is certainly worth a try -- Its why I made the trip.

Actually, after my first sip of water I knew this was a good choice. Its hard to find good water even in classier restaurants. I ordered Szechuan chicken (vegan) which was made fresh while I waited. Pleasant aromas of roasting dishes made me feel at home and a bit hungry -- optomistic -- I didn't wait long at all (nice music). I was happy to find a good portion of yummy greens mixed in the dish -- especially fresh scallions. The sauce was light and spicey -- and not at all overwhelming like in many other restaurants. Presentation was nice -- with a heaping bowl of white rice.

This is Chinese home cooking in a restaurant in which alot of care and oversight is provided -- care is what I'm looking for.

Pros: good chef, vegetarian meat, clean and cozey

Cons: no wheat meat beef yet

Many Veg. Options

Many options for vegetarians. I had a dish with flax chicken and had to ask again to make sure it was fake, it tasted and had the texture of real chicken. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, it felt kinda dirty. The waitress/hostess was very pleasant and had no problems describing the fake "meats" to us. The waitress told us the flax meats are never frozen or dehydrated, however they DO NOT make them in house.

Pros: Many Options, Flax Meat, Friendly

Cons: Cheap Furniture , Looks Dingy , Loud Phone
