Healthy food that's delicious, good variety of options. They make some changes often, adding new and exciting items. Some items are already made and ready to eat! Nice to mix and match! Everything I have had so far is fantastic!

BEST VEGAN WINGS in the 'burgh and in my life! - Edit
There is a vegan god!!! Tonight, we discovered Sia's "wings" - the ultimate "wings" substitute! OMG! The flavor! The texture! The crispiness! The experience! Honestly, the absolute best hot "wings" we've ever eaten in our lives - even before we went vegan four years ago! Everyday gets better and better being vegan!!! 🌱4🐾

Great food for vegans - Edit
I live on the North Side and do not often have the occasion to eat here but on trips to Home Depot or Target, I make sure that I stop in. Last week, I did so. I had the Spicy tofu sandwich, the Cucumber-dill potato salad, and the Not-chicken nuggets. Everything was very tasty. And the sandwich was also beautiful, and large. I need to come more often.

Great Vegan Place! - Edit
One of the best vegan places both in and outside of Pittsburgh. Many options from burgers to more creative items. Family owned so it’s great to support small businesses.

One of the best restaurants in Pittsburgh - Edit
Sia has become one of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh and I visit whenever I can. The entire menu is delicious and constantly evolving. The owner/chef Anthony works extremely hard getting fresh ingredients from local markets and incorporating them into his food and you can taste the quality/work that’s been put into them. The entire menu is plant-based but even my non-vegan friends think the food is delicious. They also offer handmade pasta specials on Sundays.

Drooling... - Edit
Food and service were fantastic! Highly recommend. I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in town. I wanted to try so many things on the menu but I asked for the owner's favorite and got the mufuletta. It was incredible! The potato salad was excellent as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No compromise in flavor, quality and portions - Edit
The restaurant is both grab-n-go deli-style *and* eat-in if you want to stay. It's spacious, clean, the air is fresh and live plants here and there, nice minimalist decorative touches reflecting the season... BIG wooden tables and ample benches make seating easy.
Read moreNow, on to the food! Not a huge menu, as there are only two on staff, the husband-wife team, so there are items pre-made and some items on the rotating menu that are made upon ordering. There are offerings that incorporate the Beyond Meat products, and last visit there, VioLife cheeses, so the brands used are top quality (IMO.) I did not order any of these as I tend toward non-processed food.
I got the Eggplant Agro Dulce sandwich, which other than the locally-baked sourdough bread, the sandwich featured the chef's own lupini bean hummus, other inhouse condiments, and fresh veggies sourced locally as well. It was AMPLE and delicious! The other half got the Cauliflower "Muffaletta" and it was similar... semolina bread from a small bakery, chunked up cauliflower, etc etc.
The menu changes according to what's available so I won't go into too much detail except to say that the choices are very interesting and not your regular boring things that can only impress you by being super huge or super cheap. This little eatery is about the Love of Vegetables and how to make them wow you!
On top of that, Chef Anthony and his wife Diana know their "stuff" in the kitchen and they are very committed to their offerings and truly wish that you LOVE what they feed you. Please try them out if you have any chance at all.
(Parking is on-street and is generally easy to find, as the area is not in the main cluster, closer to where the Google stuff is found. Not hard at all, metered parking ends up being $3 for 2 hours.)
Pros: Quality of food, The level of authenticity of the owners, Portion sizes
Cons: Only a tad bit difficul to hear over music

Visited for the first time yesterday. I'm vegan, went with two friends, a vegetarian and a meat eater. Both loved it and said they will definitely go back, especially for the Cauliflower Muffuletta sandwich. We loved it all.

Sia's Slam Dunk! - Edit
Noticed Sia's was listed as a new restaurant on the HC app. Finally made it in for lunch today.
Read moreAbsolutely amazing. Curried Shepard's Pie was really well executed with great flavor. We also shared the potato dill salad, wings, chix milanese sandwich, chocolate dragon fruit pana cota.
Drinks were spot on. Iced Cashew coffee and Sia's Sicilian Latte were both deliciously executed.
Will definitely be coming back. Excited to see how they grow.
Beautiful woodwork in the restaurant with a semi communal table setting.
Pros: All Vegan!, Very well made delicious food, Great concept

Solid lunch spot - Edit
Just stopped by this cute and airy cafe today. Menu full of classic and innovative sandwiches and light meals. We had the seitan wings, a few of the ready made salads, and a smoothie. The wings were the dense, classic seitan ones with a wooden stick in the middle. Delicious sauce and hearty, crispy texture. Salads and smoothie were fresh and crisp. This is a most welcome addition to the Pgh vegan scene. Will be making this a regular stop.
