Put eggs in my meal - Edit
The menu had several options denoted as being able to be made vegan upon request. I got a noodle dish which I asked to be vegan. The waitress sumirised our order calling mine vegan. She also stated it was the vegan dish when she put it in front of me. Normally I check my food before eating it but didn't this time cause they seemed on it. At the bottom of my dish there was all sorts of eggs. I was super grossed out because I had already eaten a good bit and super sad that I had now contributed invoulnteraly to the suffering of chickens. The restaurant remade my dish and they seemed very apologetic. The remade dish was delicious and if they had brought it out first I would probably be giving a four star review. So take that as you will this may have been one off thing in which case this is one of the better vegan options near telluride. For me I don't like going back to places that throw animal nuts in my food it makes me nervous and y'all know that's the worst feeling.

Food wasn’t great; most options have fish sauce - Edit
While Siam has a few options that can be made vegan, most of their entrees cannot (for example, no curry’s, pad Thai, etc can be made vegan). The food we ordered was not very tasty (I got a fried noodle dish with tofu and it had no taste, lacked salt or any flavoring) and was expensive - 2 entrees was all we ordered and we spent >$70 with tip. There are better options in Telluride.

None of the curry can be made vegan - Edit
The food is okay but it is rare that I go to a Thai restaurant where none of the curry can be made without fish sauce.

Amazing Thai food - Edit
I always make sure to stop by Siam whenever I’m in Telluride. The pad see ew is vegan and it’s so good! The server did give me a heads up and let me know that the Pad Thai is *not* vegan because it contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. Just so you know!

Delicious! - Edit
Authentic Thai food with staff that knows their vegan options! My husband and I ordered drunken noodles with tofu and pad see ew with tofu. They also have Siam rolls that are vegan! Just FYI pad Thai and their soups cannot be made vegan.
