Serves meat, vegan options available. Microbrew beers and cocktails plus food menu and Sunday brunch. Regular menu includes food for vegans: hummus appetizer, fresi, house made potato chips, garden salad, green curry bisque, impossible tacos, and California vegan burger. Brunch options include a vegan skillet. Smoke shack vegan pizza in the summer. Sometimes the day's soup is vegan. Open Wed-Thu 4:00pm-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Couple vegan options and will try to make if not. Food is good and people are nice, atmosphere is great. Prices aren’t bad. Hopefully they will add more options to menu.

Large portions, unique taste, adorable location with merch and friendly staff! Not a ton of vegan options, but what is available is great! Also a brewery for those who love that!

The only reason i’m giving 4/5 is bc there is only one vegan meal option. the alcohol is yummy and they let you know when it is vegan or gluten free. highly recommend the leather tuscaredo!!! i would say the prices are fair too :)

Locals rejoice and out-of-towners should make this a regular go-to spot. The take-away should be that Shy Bear Brewing is a great place for everyone, for any occasion. If you are in the mood to grab a pint of great beer, this is the place. If you are looking for a place to go with a group and celebrate, they can make it a great evening. Vegan entrees, tacos, foie gras, noodle bowls, hot dogs and burgers - Shy Bear Brewing has offered it all at one time or another.
Read moreI have been enjoying this establishment regularly since their soft opening. They have been steadily refining and improving everything. The beer was good and now is great with a wonderfully diverse selection. The food was solid and is now consistently very good with creative and tasty seasonal specials. The space itself has evolved to embrace entertainment, more seating in all weather and has always been clean and inviting. The staff has always been welcoming, cheerful and ever ready to make things right if there is even a hint of a problem. The bar is very pleasant, the dining areas are comfortable and perfect for families, couples or dining/imbibing alone.
Happiness is, Shy Bear Brewing is a stellar restaurant, easy to get to and welcoming to everyone.
Pros: Always great vegan choices., Friendly staff., Great beer and vibe.
Cons: No menu subsitutions., Crowded during entertainment.
