Two thumbs up - Edit
Saw the great reviews and decided to give Shokudo a try. We all ordered ramen which we were very happy with. The traditional and curry broth both had great flavors. I would say the food is a bit on the pricier side (~$15 per bowl), but it was good and we would definitely eat here again. I am interested in trying their sushi.

Top 10 sushi dinners I’ve ever had - Edit
I drive the big buses that the Rock stars ride in. I travel all over this country. I’ve had horrible and amazing experiences all over this country and Canada and abroad. This was hands down a top 10 sushi experience. Whilst not an exhaustive selection of vegan fare Their vegan sushi was incredibly delicious and stayed moist overnight as I’m enjoying sushi for breakfast as I type.

I didn’t realize how many vegan options this place had. Has a vegan sushi menu and also some sides, fried rice, and noodle bowls.
