Est. 2015, Soul Kitchen offers coffee drinks alongside a fully vegan, gluten-free and additive-free menu of wraps, pizza, salads, soup/stew, raw burrito, and a raw crepe. Also sells yeast-free baked goods as well as raw cakes. Accepts pre-orders. Products (branded as Shirley's Soul Kitchen) are also found at cafés and in health food shops. Confirmed closed, Jan 2017. Open Fri-Sun 10:00am-2:00pm.

Excellent food and service - Edit
Soul Kitchen offers consistently excellent food and service. At last, a place I can visit knowing I can eat anything on offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cairns - vegan or not.
Pros: Great variety of savoury and sweet.
Cons: Only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Loved the concept of it and the staff was pretty nice as well. They only accept cash.

What a little Gem! - Edit
First time I've visited the Soul Kitchen and there were so many things to choose from - both savory and sweet. Very cute little place and seemed busy enough for that nice atmosphere. Finally chose a roast vegetable wrap, tabouli with falafel, a slice of pizza and a little apple crumble (all to share). All were decent serves, so delicious and although feeling satisfied still wanted a taste of all the other yummy options! Customer service was great. Will definitely have to come back again and will be telling all our friends about it too!
