Serves meat, vegan options available. The newest location in Louisville. Menu includes a sampler plate of all vegan options (quinoa, tabouli, hummus, eggplant), a vegan kabob combo, and lots of vegan sides. Will make vegetarian selections vegan including falafel served with hummus instead of tziki sauce. Vegan energy bars and other goodies available for dessert. The owner didn’t know what Vegan meant - Edit
Spoke to the owner on the phone and she didn’t understand what vegan aka “no animal products” meant. They cook everything in butter. I wouldn’t recommend

Easy Lunch - Edit
Not the best middle eastern-type food, but works for what it is. Hummus and tabbouleh are good. The mujadarrah is very good. Falafel by itself is good, but they changed the sandwich recently, and now is practically inedible (mushy - way too much). If you order the falafel sandwich or salad, make sure to substitute hummus for the tziki (sp?) sauce, which comes standard. I never eat here - always order to go.
Read morePros: convenient, mujadarrah, can order online
Cons: hit or miss on staple items, styrofoam take-out containers

Meh? - Edit
I really want to like Shiraz, but every time I've been I've been unimpressed. The food is never great and it's too expensive for what you get.
